「Pessoal da recepção muito gentil e foi muito fácil fazer o check-in e o check out. O defeito é que no apartamento que ficamos no 14 andar era muito frio no inverno e não tinha aquecedor. O banheiro com tamanho bom e muito organizado, chuveiro muito bom e com muita pressão, o que causou um pequeno problema que era um vazamento pelo Box do banheiro, mas não chegava a incomodar」

「値段もお手頃で空港への無料送迎（往復）があるので、空港近くに滞在する予定の人は、おすすめです。 空港への送迎は、1時間毎にあり所要時間も30分程度で便利でした。 時刻表は、ホテルの公式ホームページにありました。しかし、空港でのバス乗り場が、ホテルのホームページを見ても記載がないので、初めは戸惑うかもしれません（第2・3ターミナルだと、場所は他のホテルのシャトルバスも使用するバス乗り場です。表示はないですが、時間になったら来ます。） 室内には、リンスインシャンプーと石鹸とドライヤーなど必要最低限は揃っており、問題なく過ごすことができました。歯ブラシは無いので、各自持ってきてくださいね。 あと、室内にケトルがないので貸出でも良いので置いてくださると助かります。」

「Really convenient hotel for an airport overnight - excellent breakfast and easy reach of the airport, although locating the stop for the shuttle bus transfer from the airport is not easy! NB the shuttle bus only serves terminal 2 (domestic) so I found it easier to take an Uber to terminal 3 on departure, rather than have to negotiate my luggage from one terminal to another.」
