Room was fine, clean, well equipped. My only complaint is that we stayed there because we needed ride to airport. We left in two different times, girl on front desk signed my colleague for his ride to the airport at midnight, correctly. Did not sign me for mine at 4 am in the morning. I had to beg the other employees in front desk to let me get in the shuttle. Made it in time luckily. Otherwise I would had to get a private transportation, and pay myself. Not happy with that move.

This hotel is the most budget hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the vinyl flooring to the postage stamp sized sink to the little squares of toilet tissue. To the hard beds. You can definitely do better

Staff is horrible. I called asking if there was any chance of checking in a little earlier. The guy who answered was very rude. When I asked for a manger I was left on hold for more then 10 min. After that they sent me a message stating the rules per government regulation in São Paulo. Zero courtesy. Will never stay or recommend again
