It is a 3stars property. Rooms are extremely tiny. Single beds are very small. The elevator got stuck at least twice during our stay. The staff is probably the best feature of the hotel, but unfortunately English is very limited.

The room is really small but good enough to shower and to sleep. The outlets are Brazilian and 220w. TV only has Brazilian channel and no option to stream. The hotel is located across the street from the mall and very convenient to find something to eat.

Excelente location, clean and friendly staff.

Ibis São Bernardo is an excellent option for those who want to get to know São Paulo while staying in a quieter and cheaper place. The location is perfect, in front of Metrópole Shopping Mall, close to Golden Shopping and other stores located in São Bernardo downtown and also close to Via Anchieta that leads to São Paulo downtown and also towards the beaches of Santos, Guarujá and 2 hours away by car from the North Coast of São Paulo that has beautiful beaches. We stayed at the hotel for over 2 months, the hotel is very clean, we had the opportunity to work at the hotel reception and the internet was almost always very good, but for 1 whole day we had no internet which affected us from working from hotel and going to the mall to work, but the internet wasn't very good either. The reception staff was always attentive and helped us change rooms when we had a problem with the air conditioning. Our bedroom was quiet and we didn't have problems with noisy to sleep. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

A semana toda reclamando que nao tinha agua quente para banho e ninguem fez nada, um descaso com o hóspede. Nao era uma pessoa apenas reclamando, eram todos, so da minha empresa que estavamos hospedados eram 10 pessoas, e todos os quartos nao haviam agua quente para banho.

Ar Condicionado (Split) muito fraco quase não se percebia a diferença de temperatura entre a rua e o quarto. A Televisão na funcionava e tivemos que chamar um funcionário. Solicitei papel higiênico pelo fone para a portaria e me disseram que não tinham serviço de quarto e era para eu buscar, quando fui me entregaram o rolo de papel higiênico sem cobertura. Pessoal que me viu com o rolo na mão nos corredores sorriram. Cardápio do restaurante muito pobre. Solicitei copos de vidro e me entregaram copos de plásticos de isopor, alegando que nos quartos não poderia ter copos de vidros. Tivemos, minha esposa e eu, que tomar o vinho, em comemoração a minha formatura, em copos de plásticos de isopor. Uma aberração isso. O atendimento dos funcionários foi gentil e educado, o que deixou a desejar foi a infraestrutura do hotel

A localização é excelente, o pessoal da limpeza se esforça, mas o hotel parece um alojamento envelhecido. Embora seja um prédio novo, está muito mal cuidado com paredes sujas, banheiros encardidos, janelas quebradas, frigobar barulhento, roupas de cama puídas e toalhas de banho encardidas e travesseiros mal cheirosos e serviço de louças e talheres velhos. Muito desconfortável e nojento. Parece que tudo é da época da inauguração. Simplicidade foi confundida com falta de cuidado.
