O Hotel possui serviços muito abaixo da média, só é bonito por fora e a recepção também ilude, as instalações do quarto são muito simples, precisam de manutenção e de uma restruturação, a higiene e limpeza dos quadros é superficial, as folhas e lençóis estão velhas, desbotadas, precisam ser trocadas, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro muito forte. Cama muito pequena para o casal. Café da manhã razoável e atendimento gentil.

Péssima experiência .

Atendimento da recepção ok, porém o quarto estava sujo, sem cobertor suficiente, e ao pedir veio um cobertor furado e com cheiro forte de mofo. O quarto ficava ao lado do elevador de serviço que é com portas antigas de ferro e fez muito barulho atrapalhando a possibilidade de dormir e descansar . No outro dia pedimos toalhas e não tinham pra fornecer . De modo geral tudo deixou a desejar . Não recomendo.
