Rooms requires refurbishment. It seems like all the furniture are from the 80s or older. All is clean tho. Breakfast is good with lots of choice and delicious options. Breakfast restaurant meets 4 star hotel standards.

Atendimento é otimo, mas de forma geral hotel nao merece uma estrela. Nem me pagando voltaria a me hospedar. Todos ambientes do hotel imundo, chuveiro nao esquenta. Chuveiro emposa água parace uma piscina (nojento) quando chegamos ja estava cheio de água. Ficamos na suite master 1212 apartamento imundo, salao do cafe imundo localização horrível, calćadas imundas e moradores de rua dormindo na porta. Pagamos quase R$ 1.000 a diária, obs nao vale R$100 fotos do site nao correspondem com averdade

Bom quarto com ótimo banho. Café da manhã variado. Equipe de funcionários que me atendeu muito eficiente. Boa localização no centro antigo de SP sempre mantendo a atenção a segurança. Fui a feirinha de artesanato da Praça da República no domingo e depois comer no Olivier Mundo Pão que é na frente. Foi ótimo!

Foi uma ótima estadia! No entanto fiz uma reserva de um quarto com cama king por ter uma criança dormindo junto, e deram um quarto normal. Quando questionado que fizeram uma troca dizendo que fariam pq o hotel estava tranquilo, mas na verdade foi oq eu tinha reservado. No mais, um dos três elevadores estava em manutenção o que gerou um pouco de demora devido ao grande fluxo de hóspedes (não estava tranquilo como disseram). O quarto que ficamos era grande, bem espaçoso. Cama muito confortável.
