External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost.

Shuttle runs every hour, easy to get to, and has stores inside the hotel for things you may need

Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport
The shuttle that runs from the airport is every hour - it is not very helpful if you just miss the shuttle, especially at night. On the other hand Uber is easy and cheap - so all in all a good solution close to the airport.
