「Wi fi was horrible. Had to change rooms 3 times ac wasn’t working then gave me a room that was not what I had paid for very frustrating. No Sense of urgency not a 5 star and not Hilton standards. Disappointed!」

「Miguel at the bar was our main server and he was a big help. The meals at the restaurant were lovely - excellent view of the ocean. Food was great. Converting euros to CND$ makes it all feel quite expensive. But we felt overall that the value equation was there compared to other European destinations. Rooms were great, kept clean by cleaning staff. One recommendation is to invest in a larger TV for the Bar area. Watching the world cup on a 48 inch screen was somewhat comical. Great location...

「Stayed for 6 nights and everything was as advertised. Unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Loved the skylight in the bathroom! Parking was easy to find on the street. 「This hotel is fantastic, but I would suggest having a rental car if you stay here. It's ideal for getting to a lot of places on the island but staying very convenient to Ponta Delgada and the many restaurants there in the evening. We went out on excursions every day, and many tour operators picked us up directly at the hotel. 「空港からタクシー9ユーロ(掲示版には7ユーロと書いてある),徒歩40分位、ホテルは閑静な住宅街です。徒歩10分以内にはレストラン街が有る、北側の通りを空港側に1ブロック戻ったところに地元の人以外行かないレストラン有り、食事も美味しい。 温泉地等の観光には徒歩五分位の所にバス停有り一人4ユーロ位で何処でも行けます。」
