「The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and...

「Passal hostel was a great stay. A very close convent walk to the city center and a 15min walk to the mall. Most of all Paulo was amazing, upon my arrival he helped me with everything I needed, while also assisting other guest. If I could give Paulo himself five stars I would. I will be staying there again.」
