Muitas coisas mal conservadas, principalmente a piscina com as pastilhas saindo e machucando os pés. O atendimento diurno é bom, mas o noturno é péssimo. Pedi um travesseiro extra pq operei o meu quadril e precisava utilizá-lo entre as minhas pernas e recusaram. Disseram que não tinham. Achei absurdo pois pelo preço que paguei gostaria de ter um pouco mais de conforto. Além disso, pedimos água à noite e eles mandaram ir buscar. Café da manhã regular. A limpeza é excelente.

INSATISFEITO

Reservo um quarto com 1 cama de casar e 1 solteiro eles me colocar em 1 cama de casal sendo que falei 3 X na recepção que seria 1 casal e 1 cama de solteiro... 1 Das toalhas estava fora do pacote, porta do quarto só funcionou com a chave, o cartão de energia não funcionava para nada. Não recomendo e não voltarei mais pois o barulho das pessoas passando no corredor falando alto fazia eco dentro do quarto isto nos irritava muito, sem contar com o estacionamento.. Os carros fica de frente aos quartos isso fazia barulho quando alguém chegava, e na postaria nao ficava ninguem para recepcionar os carros toda vez teria que descer e ir a té a recepção para que liberada em a entrada... E o principal roupa de cama não completa como (cobertores)... gostei só da recepção que é bonita e o quarto espaçoso pecando em alguns detalhes... lamentável... Esperava mais...
