Amazing location! Practically inside the Shopping Iguatemi.The breakfast is absolutely AMAZING! Rooms and amenities are spotless and very well taken care of. This was a great stay. Hotel is incredibly clean, comfortable, and quite. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Pamela was AMAZING!. She was very sweet and professional at my check in. But more than anything she went above and beyond in trying to get me a coffee at check out as I had missed the breakfast and kitchen was completely closed. She was very helpful. My room was super quite and comfortable. I would definitely stay in here next time I'm in town and highly recommend this hotel.

O hotel é muito bom, poderia ser melhor, o que peca são as camas que sempre afundam com agente e olha que nem estou tão fora de forma. Já reclamei isso mais de uma vez e no outro dia vc acorda travado com o corpo doendo. Outro ponto seria a pintura dos banheiros, tem alguns quartos que estão sujos, da um pouco de nojo. Do resto tudo ok!

O hotel nao é 4 estrelas. Nenhum amenity no quarto, talheres nao sao colocados na mesa do cafe. Banheiro mediocrimente limpo. Estava com meu bebe de colo, pedi uma pizza no restaurante nao tinha quem subisse a pizza pra mim, tive que subir carregando tudo. Preco de 4 estrelas, servico de hotel econômico. A equipe é gentil mas claramente sobrecarregada.
