Dentro das expectativas, para um pernoite em Joinville, com fácil acesso à rodovia. Provavelmente em função da crise gerada pelo COVID, as questões de manutenção, iluminação, diversidade de alimentos no café da manhã, amenities no banheiro, ficaram prejudicadas.

Antigo, mas aconchegante.

Já me hospedei por diversas vezes neste hotel. Apesar de ser um hotel mais antigo sua manutenção e limpeza estão em ordem. Vale o custo benefício.

Pelo valor que paguei pela diaria, gostaria que ao oferecer uma serviço de café colonial, que iria até as 21:00 horas, seria de bom grado que os produtos a serem servidos no balcão, estivessem adequadamente quentes o que for quente, e os demais normais. Quanto a acomodação os colchões serem feitos rodizio. Banheiro serem restaurados.

Melhorias necessárias.

Precisa de uma reforma geral nos quartos. Exemplo: geladeira enferrujada, ar condicionado com muito pó na grade e desgastado externamente, etc. Sem tolhas de rosto e as de banho muito desgastada, quase transparente. Piso com manchas escuras de respingos. Música ambiente no café da manhã muito alta.

O atendimento na recepção é uma agradável, os quartos com algumas lampadas queimadas, frigobar com muita ferrugem, banheiro com falta de papel higiênico, café da manha muito ruim...pão velho seco e duro, leite gelado...tivemos que tomar suco, que dizia ser de laranja e era de maracujá... pois o café e o leite estavam esquentado e não vinha nunca...
