「I have noticed that the breakfast buffet is the same every day, and there are few choices. The taste was not quite what I expected.」

「All good service.place is good.staff are good. Overall excellent,…」

「We were given rooms on the side opposite the ocean even though the hotel was nearly empty. I had no issue with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area and beyond it the beach and ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. All things considered, I would rather have been in San Juan where the action is.」

「At check-in, there was an issue with the room I was first assigned, but the staff kindly arranged a room change right away. The second room also had a problem, and they promptly moved me again without any hassle. I really appreciated their help. Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming.」

「Not worth the money at all. Super old room, not even a refrigerator. In need of a renovation badly. I’d expect the room I was in to be $25 a night not $100 a night. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive.」
