⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Amazing Whala All-Inclusive Resort in Boca Chica I’m so glad we had a great stay at this all-inclusive resort in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. My wife and I visited for my birthday 1/21 2026 to 1/ 25 2026.From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and cleaned daily with great attention to detail. The staff truly stood out—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Customer service here is excellent and makes you feel valued as a guest. The amenities were great, from the cleaning pool and beautiful and calm beach and it access access to the food, the buffet and drinks included. Everything was well organized, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying a stress-free vacation. The resort itself is very clean and well maintained. Honestly, all of the above. This place delivers on every level. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Whala Boca Chica. 🌴🇩🇴 👌

Service was slow and messy. They would take forever to serve, clean, welcome, or at table. It was not well organized. Dinning was always full with dirty tables. Food was not great. They need to work on culinary food and better options Staff was ok. Our room smelled like sewage all the time. The water was never functioning between midnight and about 5am. No water at all. One of the night shows with the culture of DR was great, I enjoyed that BUT the other one was degrading women and sexualising them. I did NOT enjoy that, not very family friendly. They did not have plenty of beach sitting or outdoor tables or chairs. Beach was clean. Room was spacious and outside there was a rack to hang wet clothes. They can also have more activities thought the day.

Didn’t have a sea view. Food was not very good. And I know I was in another country but none of the staff knew or spoke English to be more helpful for our stay. Been to slot of places and even though they weren’t English most did their best

The food was not all that great and the beer tasted spoiled, but they had amazing staff and they definitely made up the for the rest. The rooms are in need of some upgrades especially the bathrooms. Also the night club does not open during the weekdays which they do not disclose on their website or to clients when we come in, that was a bummer because I only picked this property because I did not want to have to exit the property to party. Overall amazing staff, food and drinks not up to par of the price of the stay.

My sister and I stayed at Whala Boca Chica from Dec 22 - 28 and we had the best time! Check in was simple and courteous. We arrived a couple hours early so we couldn't go to the room yet. They give you your wristbands and take your luggage to an office room that allows you to explore the resort until 3pm. Immediately we were greeted by bartenders ready to make us a drink to take to the beach. At 3, a helpful staff member showed us to our room and carried our luggage all the way there. We stayed in a double frontal sea view captain room and it was great. Very clean, cold AC and fridge, no issues. We had a balcony with a breathtaking view. Dining was good and the buffet had plenty of options at each meal. The snacks were so convenient for a late night bite. The beach was stunning. Lot of cabanas and places to sit. Once we reached the weekend, it became slightly crowded and the drinks were a little watered down, but it wasn't really a problem for us specifically. You can also order straight shots at the bar. Watet was available throughout the resort to stay hydrated. There were also fun activities and shows each day/night. Overall it was such a memorable experience and we'd love to return!

We had a great experience in this hotel during our stay. The staff remained friendly, helpful, and attentive. Very clean, food was great (except the snack bar), beach was beautiful. Could use more chairs on the beach and around the pool. If you don't claim in the morning, you will likely have a hard time getting some. Activities were good. Spanish speaking highly recommended. If we didn't have flue t Spanish speakers in our group it would have been a bit more challenging to navigate our week. Vendors on the beach are constant but No Gracias is all it takes, and get, we bought from many of them and got multiple messages. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was not nice. The shower tub was cracked which and unsafe. The shower faucet was not working right. However, the staff were very friendly. The Room was not worth the price that I paid. Very unsatisfied.

The first broom didn’t have water. I paid for ocean view for a pool side room. Small and not very nice.
