Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. "We expected better stay. Time frame for the buffet is little with few choices of food. We also expected 3 food course as stated in their site, but we only got breakfast. Their suite room is old and needed repair. They should upgrade their toiletries"

"Out door pool is great and the surrounding as always. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly.there was a typhoon on our stay. Unlucky no aircon working as they are only generators,nd no bubbles on room pool jacuzi but they promise to give us voucher for another night. "

"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...
