フロントの対応が二流

フロントの対応が二流。態度、こちらの要望に対しての対応が悪すぎる。客が何を求めていて、それに対して誠意というものがない。宿泊後の請求が間違ってかなり多くきている。それに対しての対応が未だにない。部屋も老朽化が進んでおり、星なんて付けられないホテルだと思う。

At check-in, the front desk was polite and showed us to our room. We had expected a pool-side room but were advised that there were noisy parties all week and some going on until 5am so we settled for a high floor away from the noise. The room was spacious enough and set out with a large king bed, table and sofa. The bathroom was small and cramped but everything worked OK and was clean. Unfortunately the safe was broken and despite reporting it to the front desk, it was still broken when we checked out a week later. There is a flat screen TV with mostly Spanish-speaking channels but some foreign news as well. The aircon is badly positioned right next to the bed so when you are sleeping it has to be turned off or you would freeze. Housekeeping staff are friendly and thorough which is good. Breakfast seemed dis-organised and I think the management would do well to give the staff lists so that they are more consistent. Some mornings there was missing cutlery, or no butter, or no water. The toasting machine was on some days badly placed, so that toast fell out the back and on to the floor. The pool is not cleaned every day and by Sunday the water level had dropped, filters were not working as a result and the water was turning green. Not good. I have to say I think the staff here do try but with the exception of housekeeping which is fantastically led, I think there is a clear absence of good leadership, coordination and organisation.

Confortável, porém faltou elevador

Hotel charmoso, otima localização, estacionamento próximo porém quando há eventos não há vagas reservadas para os hóspedes dificultando parar , faltou acesso ao hotel pelo estacionamento sem contar que não há elevador se ficar no 7° andar como fiquei tem que levar as malas pelas escadas. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor estruturado

Wedding holiday! <3

We stayed in this hotel as our friend was getting married here, when we booked we didn't know what to expect from the hotel or the surroundings as we had never been to this side of the world before! From the 2 week stay that we had here we were very happy with our accommodation and although there was a huge language barrier, the staff were amazing. Our only downside was that in the pictures we saw before we came, it looked as though there was 2 swimming pools, but actually one of them is a decorative pool! So I would advise not using this hotel if you are coming for a sunny pool holiday, as one you cant use and the other is tiny. Also the air con is soooo loud. But other then that we loved the hotel and it was especially amazing for the wedding too :D

Al mio arrivo sono stato molto impressionato da un salone comune bello e attraente ma il personale soprattutto della reception poco disponibile, camere molto vecchie che avrebbero bisogno di molto lavoro, aria condizionata rumorosa e ascensore non presente. Mangiato bene personale della parte ristorazione molto gentile anche se non sempre preparato. Luogo votato più a fare eventi che a coccolare i propri ospiti.

I have come to suspect that this hotel was modelled on Fawlty Towers. In the Spanish translated TV version it must not have been clear that the series was NOT an instruction manual on how to run a hotel. I kid you not! I wanted to change hotel after the first day but was advised this is one of the better ones. Laundry took two and a half days to reappear. And running out of underwear and going commando in 30+ degree heat is not ideal! Breakfast supposedly starts at 7 am, in reality this means 7:30 am (Spanish time-"ish") d yet most of the businesses open at 8 am, so there's never any time to get a full breakfast if you're here on business. But this is probably a blessing in disguise, noting that the bread rolls are stale and rock solid. Not sure whether they are meant for consumption or for construction. And, to top it off, dinner hours start from 8 pm! There are a couple of friendly staff, but the rest have attitudes that range from Bassil Fawlty's belligerence through to Manuel's incompetence. They never clear away the tables at night, so the first things you see when coming downstairs in the morning are tables filled with empty wine bottles and piles of dirty plates and glasses. The room is clean but has no coffee making facilities or iron but it does have a fridge. But there's nothing in the fridge. And the hotel doesn't sell anything suitable, so daily trips to the local supermarket are necessary. But the

Bom, mas não vale o preço

O hotel tem um ótimo custo x benefício. Destaque para a localização e a área externa muito bonita do hotel. Entretanto, enfrentamos problemas de organização, pois ao chegarmos no hotel de madrugada, o quarto que nos foi indicado estava completamente inabitável, bagunçado, não havia sido preparado. Na sequência, fomos direcionados para um quarto minúsculo e de casal, diferente da nossa reserva (quarto superior e com camas twin), só então o problema foi resolvido e fomos colocados em um quarto bastante maior do que o reservado. Limpo, confortável e muito bem arrumado, trata-se entretanto de um hotel antigo e que requer algumas reformas. O quarto tem mofo na parede que tem um material de madeira e a minha cama estava pendendo para um lado, bem como tinha as luminárias da cabeceira muito próximas às nossas cabeças. Além disso, o café da manhã foi muito fraco todos os dias, poucas opções, pães duros, teve dia que faltou água, gelo, etc. muito abaixo do condizente com um hotel 5 estrelas.
