Great central/urban option

Large hotel, but very well done and maintained. Centrally located, can walk to main shopping center and tower. Rooms a little on the small/minimal side, but comfortable enough.

I asked for an early check in when I made the booking. I again asked for an early check in a few days before my arrival. When I arrived at the hotel about 8am in the morning (overnight flight) they said check in was 3pm and a room would not be available until probably 2:30. I could store my luggage and come back then. I came back at 2:30 and the room was not available. I finally got access to my room after 3:30, well past actual check in.

The property has a great location,amenities,breakfast,the use of bikes and the rooftop bar is great..the only thing that lets the room down is that the same problem is apparent as when I last stayed here 2 years ago, the design of the shower cubicle is bad,the space is very small and when showering it floods the floor.It did this 2 years ago and still dies it now,even with different rooms.Its a bad design flaw really, as the rooms are small there’s not much space for manoeuvre .That said I think its a great hotel, the bathroom situation is just annoying and not very well designed.

Fue una estadía cómoda en el hotel y nos alegramos de que nos hayan dado la cuna para nuestra guagua. El desayuno estaba delicioso y todos fueron muy amables. La habitación era más pequeña de lo que esperábamos y el cajonero era incómodo de usar. No había tina en nuestra habitación, lo que hizo más difícil bañar a nuestra guagua. Aunque la vista era bonita y la ubicación muy conveniente.

Ofrecen caja fuerte en la habitacion y es un armario que se abre con la tarjeta de la habitacion, por cierto muy pequeña, y que no ofrece ninguna seguridad.

I really enjoyed the hotel, the walkability, the breakfast and areas to work around the hotel. The bike rental in the lobby was a nice touch too. I did feel that if you care about hair product like shampoo and conditioner that you should bring your own. Everything else was fantastic

Boa experiência

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto do Costaneira, de vários restaurantes, metro, bares. Café da manhã Ok, e rooftoop muito bacana, com uma vista muito legal e atendimento top. Pegamos um quarto com sacada, que achei que seria o mais top, mas achamos bem pequeno, e acredito serem todos assim, não cabiam 3 malas abertas por exemplo, e quase nao dava para se mecher lá dentro. Chuveiro top. Legal que tem bikes elétricas e guarda chuva disponíveis tambem. Deixaram café para levarmos quando fomos aos passeios super cedo.

Não tive sorte na escolha do hotel. O quarto 704 é muito pequeno, colchão e chuveiro muito ruim, cama fazia barulho a cada movimento, cortina não é blecaute. Café da manhã muito fraco, só tinha o básico, infelizmente o site não dá opção de sem café ou café opcional.

Minimalista e incomodo

El hotel es nuevo, pero parte desde el concepto minimalista y eco-friendly, ambas expresiones lo que significan en definitiva menos comodidad para el cliente. El concepto de la habitación realmente la hace muy incómoda, (la cama si es muy cómoda) pero el resto me muebles son incomodos, el diseño del baño y la ducha con esa puerta corrediza es insoportable. Las fotos del escritorio y la silla para trabajar en la habitación son un claro ejemplo de incomodidad. El ordenador es casi mas grande que la mesa, y la silla es para sentarse 1 minuto y salir corriendo. Pedí hacer algunas llamadas locales y me dijeron que no se podía, ni pagando, Increíble! El desayuno esta muy bien y muy amablemente atendido. La recepción parece la entrada a un bar, no hay ningún sofá o donde recibir a nadie. No entiendo el concepto, pero no es para mí. Realmente no volvería nunca más.

Es el peor hotel donde me he hospedado en mi vida. Reserve por 11 días y tuve 3 cambio de habitación desde el día 2. Hab 610 no funcionaba el closeth que se supone funciona como caja seguridad. Habitación 906 MAL OLOR A CLOACA, aire dañado, Luces dañadas y para colmo la bañera no drenaba el agua, está fue la peor experiencia. Hab 703 fue la última habitación, el aire presentó problemas, mucho ruido hacia este. Los dos últimos días tuve que llamar a la 2 y 3 pm para que me fueran a hacer la habitación, porque nadie había pasado. En fin, no es un hotel para considerar.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, plenty of options and the staff are very accommodating even if you're running late! The co-working space is great, I used it a few times. My room was lovely although the view was of another building. Overall, I was happy with my booking.

Great spot in Santiago

Great spot to stay in Santiago. Staff were helpful, room was clean and modern, area was safe to explore Santiago from. The rooftop bar is a great spot for a drink with a view!
