No service at all. Refused to store my luggage temporarily after check out. Had to drag my luggage on the streets throughout the afternoon before I caught my late afternoon flight.

Prático e bem localizado

Apt muito prático, principalmente quem viaja com crianças como no nosso caso. O apt é bem equipado. Tem um supermercado em frente, o que torna tudo mais fácil. Tb é muito bem localizado, da pra fazer muita coisa a pé. Por não ser um hotel, não possui serviço de quarto, e a questão de não ter uma limpeza/manutenção do apt nos incomodou um pouco. Mas no geral, os pontos positivos superam os negativos e eu ficaria lá novamente numa próxima oportunidade.

Wirklich Top, klein aber fein, die Zimmer sind zwar wie in jeder Großstadt klein, aber sehr gut eingeteilt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Patricia ist super, immer bemüht und sehr präsent bei Problemlösungen. Wir konnten spontan eine Nacht verlängern, mussten dafür umziehen...aber dafür haben wir ein noch besseres Zimmer bekommen. Der gesamte Komplex ist überwacht und am Eingang gibt es zwei freundliche Pförtner die einem Helfen wenn man was braucht.

Ótimo apartamento bem localizado

Fiquei no Andino Departamentos que fica no centro de Santiago, próximo à supermercado, estação do metrô, restaurantes. O apartamento possui fogão, minibar, microondas, louças, panelas e até aspirador que usei nos sacos a vácuo onde coloco minhas roupas. Confortável, seguro e bem localizado. Recomendo.

Bem localizado, fácil acesso, Apartamento simples mas com tudo que se precisa para dormir algumas noites, excelente famílias ou grupos acomoda bem 6 a 7 pessoas. Portaria 24 hs. Garagem paga a parte.

Foi de longe a pior viagem que já fiz em minha vida. o apartamento fedia a cigarro, não era um cheiro fraco, era insuportável, não consegui sequer dormir, solicitei alterar o quarto, fizeram isto, mas ai a viagem já havia perdido a graça. Tentei falar com vcs e não consegui, enviei email e ninguém respondeu, portanto, vocês não prestam assistência aos seus clientes. odiei tudo.

the sites in Santiago

strange there was no hotel check in, just security and none spoke English. once we got the keys to apartment every thing went smoothly. there was nobody to talk to in English for directions or anything else. Grocery store was close and with refrigerator, mirowave, and stove in the unit made it convenient. location was excellent for getting around.
