「Pros: the staff was friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The hotel was located near several nice restaurants. Cons: I realize this was a pet friendly hotel, but the pet odor was very strong in our room, especially from the bed. It was obvious that some guests allowed their pet to sleep on the bed. Although sheets were changed, the pet odor was strong on the blanket, so I don’t think the blanket was cleaned as often as it should have been.」

「Breakfast hours should be extended til checkout time at 11:00. If rooms have bathtubs they should also either have rubber plugs or a means of plugging the drain to hold the water . Flat screen tv’s should be larger , especially in a King sized suite . Fitness center most definitely needs an upgrade and a wider variety of equipment available other than just a treadmill and a bike along with a few hand weights . Lighting overall in the rooms was minimal at best .」
