"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"I already said above what I liked. What I didn't like is: 1. For the air conditioning to work you need to pay €1 for it to work 2 hours, so if you go on summer you can add at least €4 to the night cost. 2. They say they can't help you call a cab because the cab company have their number blocked because customers made them call and then took off and they have a prepaid phone in the lobby but it doesn't work. 3. "Basic hotel convenient for an evening arrival on the ferry for those who don't want to drive far on the first night. Hotel overlooks open countryside to the town beyond. Rooms could do with better soundproofing, ours was just above open reception area and quite noisy and we could hear water pumping around all the time."
