"Nice, clean apartment in a great location with a lovely balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfy and it was nice and peaceful through the night. Just one thing to point out, if you have mobilty issues there are around 50 steps to climb as its on the top floor, which wasnt a problem for us and all in all we had a lovely time."

"We spent 4 lovely days in this cozy apartment with our 2 children. Absolutely perfect for 4 guests with everything you could possibly need! The area is calm and clean, the building was lovely - we particularly appreciated the park and pool for our children, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The city centre of Santander and everything it offers can be reached easily on foot via the fascinating Tetuán tunnel.The host, Renata, is very responsive and helpful. "I was impressed by this apt and would come back again. It is spacious, squeaky clean, functional furniture and bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, pretty appearance, absolutely central location. There is a taxi stop 100 meters away, 2 supermarkets across, a small grocery shop and 2 cafes downstairs, and a bakery around the corner. The owner was so helpful always answering my questions immediately. "
