También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. Antonio muy simpático y amable, nos proporcionó un utensilio que necesitábamos en cuanto se lo dijimos."

"On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. There was a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants within short walking distance . we were able to catch a bus directly to Santander within a 3 minute walk. "Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. "We chose to stay here because it is close to the Ferry port in Santander where we sailed in to from Plymouth. We weren’t sure what to expect, but the house was wonderful, the pool a huge bonus and the location brilliant. We travelled to many beautiful, quiet beaches within 15/20 minute drive and to Picos de Europa. We were here for 6 days but could have stayed much longer. "We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!"

"Very nice apartment - clean and well equipped! It was quiet during our stay since it was December, but very good location and walk to the beach. Jaime was a great host - made sure we were settled and that everything was working properly. We would definitely stay again!"

"This is a spacious and clean apartment and the owner; Mar; is very helpful and communicates well. There is a wonderful small store at the bottom of the complex. This is the Puerto Chico area of Santander with lots to see, do and eat. Sardinero is close by and there are many buses to take you there and back. We recommend Mar's flat."

"We enjoyed our week here. The house was fine for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the sunshine although it might be a bit small if there was as a lot of rain and you needed to be inside - for example only 1 small sofa to sit on and 4 chairs round the table. The swimming pool and padel tennis court were amazing - we loved using them and mostly had them to ourselves all week! The local beaches are beautiful. A kettle would have been a good addition to the kitchen!"

"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
