I was very happy with my stay: big room, bath, private patio, really good breakfast, small gym room, pool and jacuzzi. Some pleasant staff members who helped with an early check in and finding out prices for taxi journeys.

Loved the pool and hot tub, breakfast was generous and delicious. Can easily walk around town. Room was comfortable. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I had an ocean view with a little balcony. Was perfect.

Decent Hotel

The hotel is in a good location in Santana, with an inexpensive restaurant attached. The hotel itself is fine, clean, but could benefit from some additional amenities such as a mini-fridge or a room safe. Overall, a nice place to stay. I found the evening staff very friendly and helpful answering my questions.

In general, a nice hotel with some facilities we didn't use. The beds are not the most convenient and it is extremely hard to find a balance between hot and cold water in the shower :/

This is an old fashioned rambling country hotel with an indoor heated, salinated, swimming pool. Loved the cake for breakfast too.

Nice hotel in a beautiful surrounding in Santana. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym too as no one else seemed to use it. The restaurant was really nice food and the staff were very friendly. Can get busy when the buses of walkers comes in is the only issue

Für ein paar Tage ist diese Unterkunft völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer praktikabel mit Balkon. Das Restaurant im Haus zu haben war praktisch und gut, mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Hauseigener Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Das Frühstück einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo

Albergo molto confortevole, in posizione centralissima e con personale alla reception gentilissimo e professionale. Ottimo parcheggio privato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Occorre solo fare attenzione ad una manutenzione ordinaria piu' accurata, in particolare per l'impianto elettrico e idrico.

J'ai passé quelques jours dans la ville Santana dans cet hotel et j' ai été agréablement surpris. Lorsque vous arrivez dans la région, il ne sera pas difficile pour vous de le localiser l 'hotel car je pense que c'est le seul de la commune qui est situé en pleine nature. Ce lieu de residence est pratique car il se trouve à quelques minutes en taxi des principaux lieux de randonnées tels que le circuit montagneux de pico ruivo à pico do arieiro ainsi que la randonnée caldeirão verde dans la forêt. Si vous comptez séjourner dans cet hotel, vous pourrez prendre le bus pendant la journée, milieu de matinée il y y en a un qui passe toutes les heures mais il est préférable de se déplacer en taxi pour accéder au lieu de randonné cité au dessus à faire le matin tôt c'est vraiment pratique. Je voudrai faire une petite au receptionniste Luis que j'ai vu le plus souvent lors de mon séjour, le remercier pour son service, sa patience et son écoute. À première impression, il connaît bien la région, il m'a donné les conseils dont j'avais besoin, des contacts serieux de chauffeur de taxi pour me déplacer. Si vous avez des questions sur la region vs tomberez sur le bon employé. Je n'ai pas vu les autres receptionnistes je ne peux pas faire un avis mais ils seront autant professionnel je pense. Enfin, l'hotel dispose d' un jaccuzzi et une piscine ouvert jusqu'à fin de soirée (20h- 21h ), gratuit ce qui est reposantquand vous sortez de randonnée épuisante. Merci pour tout je reviendrai !
