「There were no luggage racks for our suitcases, so they had to be put on the floor. The “pull our and up” couch does not work. We tried several times, but did want to bend the metal so just slept on the couch. 」

「I don’t recommend this property nor any other Metro Apartments. The staff is rude, not willing to help or get any issue resolved. Checked into my room and walked in to a dirty kitchen, dirty dishes, carpet disgusting needs a good cleaning, trash in the hallway, lots of traffic out front. Over all the pictures you see online before booking don’t believe those cause you’ll get way farther than what they are falsely advertising to everyone.」

「We had a pleasant stay at Travelers Paradise. John was great with accommodations and communication our entire stay. The place was clean and well organized with instructions and amenities.
