Front desks were helpful. I love the balcony and the view. The location is within walking distance to town. Cable car is a few minutes walk to go to isola bella, then is about 10 minutes walk."

"The view and the hospitality. I picked the hotel for location directly across from Isola Bella. Our room was directly facing the island. I love the older Italian decor also. Yes, it needs maintenance but everything was good. Staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. Close to fununcular, beach, restaurants and stores. We did not use bus but the stop was in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good."
