"Stayed only one night, but very much enjoyed the stay. Room 2 (deluxe double room) was big, with high ceilings, and very nice finishes. Good bed, good water pressure in the shower, powerful AC (once you activate it with the room key, can’t keep it on when you leave). One note: there is no front desk and communication is done via messaging, including check-in instructions, but they are very prompt to respond. Will return!"

"Great place for my family of 5. Good location before my cruise. Host was friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Things to note:There was an elevator (although slow but better than not having one). They did not provide bath toiletries or laundry detergent (but maybe that’s a European thing). No dryer so walked our laundry nearby. Kitchen supplies were minimal, for example, I had to cook eggs with a ladle (no spatula). A/c was only in the bedrooms so the living room and kitchen during summer...

"The Hotel Triano is very well situated to the cruise port. It is a short drive and you can get the hotel shuttle for a small fee, which is great. The staff are very friendly and the bar "never closes". It has an elevator so those who can't use stairs, shouldn't be afraid t book this hotel. It was a good experience."

"We had a wonderful stay! The guest house was spotless, comfortable, and in the perfect location near the Rome cruise port, making our travel day so easy. Our host was beyond incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. She recommended the perfect itinerary for the day so that we can discover the cute small town. She made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. The day of our cruise she made sure we had transportation and arrive to the port on time! We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, and we will absolutely return on our next trip to Rome. "This is an older hotel but is centrally located. Close to numerous reastaurants and shops. The staff was very attentive and quickly resolved any issues we had (A/C was not working properly) we enjoyed the stay but would not want to stay for an extended stay since there are limited activities in the area."
