I loved my stay at Casa Gardenia. Location was very convenient to restaurants. I felt safe walking at night to go out to dinner. The hotel was multi level and had a great view of the city on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good with bread, fruits and eggs. Staff was very nice. I would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The staff is exceptional in all respects. The restaurant is superb. The location is in the heart of the old, historic park of the city, so walking around is fun and safe. If we were to return, we would hope to stay here again

Delicious food. Wonderful people. Beautiful rooms. Amazing location. So so helpful staff and owner. Honestly I cannot say anything but praise for this entire stay. I would go back for sure.

Pros: The property was really unique, it was beautifully decorated. The room was amazing with an incredible view of El Panecillo, the staff were very kind, and the breakfast was really good. Cons: We were the only ones staying at the hotel for four nights, it was a little odd. Staff didn't have any local restaurant recs other than the very touristy options (handed us a promo flyer when we asked). The staff were not bilingual as it says in the hotel info, and this caused a lot of confusion particularly with our bill at the end. Lastly, this area is unsafe in the evening, can't walk around at night.
