After being on the road for almost 7 hours with my daughters ages 4 and 6, all we wanted was a quick check-in, polite staff and a nice bed and breakfast. The check-in was not an enjoyable experience, stated with the room rate being $197, almost $98 more than advertised. The man that checked us in, was not friendly, slow as a turtle with an upset stomach, customer service was the last thing on his mind, etc... I could go on, but we would have been better off at a Motel 6."
