Overall, we enjoyed our stay. On site staff were pleasant. The check in process was easy, the condo was relatively clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. We reported a few issues with the condo while there. We could not get the hot water to work in the shower and Scenic Stays staff responded quickly (within an hour) on a weekday. The issue turned out to be user error.You just have to turn the handle away from the "H" toward the "C" to get hot water. We also reported that the front left burner on the stove does not heat up. The other 3 work fine so this wasn't a problem during our stay. The dishwasher had a loose part but worked without problems (we reported this as well). The furniture in the living area and on the balcony was comfortable for the 3 of us. While there are pots and pans in the kitchen, I recommend bringing your own nonstick skillet as the ones supplied are very scratched up and difficult to clean. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. The beach service for chairs/ umbrellas was easy to access. We were grateful for the public ramp access next door for my mom who has trouble with stairs. The pool was open but not useable as there was a large number of bugs in/around the water during our stay. Great food selection nearby with restaurants like Angelina's pasta/pizza, Cafe 30A, great ice cream and donut shops a short walk away. We especially enjoyed beautiful daily sunrise and sunset views from the balcony. For groups of 4 or less OSP is a solid 30A option.
