Located Southside 30A in Seagrove, Beachside Villas is nestled next to Eastern Lake and is 100 yards to the beach. The community offers resort style amenities including two tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, and two community pools. One of the pools is heated during winter months. This quieter neighborhood is close to shopping and dining too! Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill, Beachy Bean Coffee Co, Greenway Station, and Buddy's Seafood Market are a 5-minute or less bike ride from the condo.

After Dune Delight Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 45 pounds or less, and non-shedding. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee per pet is required prior to your arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction.
- Complimentary Use of 4 backpack beach chairs and a beach umbrella
- Incredible Gulf views from the living room, balcony, and king suite thanks to the condo’s location on the 2nd floor of the building. Stairs available to access the main entrance of the condo.
- Fully renovated condo!
- Eastern Lake Beach Access is only 1.5 blocks from the condo and is one of the rare areas in the world where a brackish waters flow into the Gulf. You can pick up a fishing license and rent fishing gear at nearby Yellowfin Ocean Sports. Beach service available at this location. This is our recommended beach access.
- Shuttle service to Eastern Lake Beach Access mid-March until the end of October from 9am - 5pm.
- 90 footsteps to Sugar Dunes beach access. You can walk to the water line at this entrance, but the sand is a private beach for neighboring homes
- 4 min bike ride to Walton Dunes Beach Access. Beach service and parking available at this location.
- Two Community pools - one is heated during Thanksgiving and Christmas through mid April
- Two lighted community tennis/pickleball courts and shuffleboard courts plus cornhole available
- Next to Eastern Lake. You get to experience the Gulf or the Lake, depending on which way you face!
- Parking for 2 vehicles. RVs, Trailers, and Street parking prohibited.
- Full kitchen with high-end appliances, and well stocked for cooking

- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
