Nestled along the quiet shores of Seagrove Beach, this top-floor, 1BR loft condo offers a serene escape just 150 yards from the Gulf’s sugar-white sands and emerald waters. Perfectly situated South of Scenic Hwy 30A, you'll be minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach while enjoying the privacy of this hidden gem.

Completely renovated in February 2024, step inside to discover a professionally decorated space featuring new vinyl plank flooring, stylish Levelor blinds, and soaring 30-foot ceilings. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light from the corner unit’s three western-facing windows. Relax on the queen Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa, watch a movie on the 42" LCD TV, or stream your favorite tunes with our Bluetooth stereo. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix are also included for cozy nights in.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or enjoying takeout, this kitchen is ready for any occasion.

Upstairs, the airy loft overlooks the living space and is furnished with two queen beds, a custom wardrobe, and a 32" flat-screen TV. Enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of waves as you drift off to sleep. Downstairs, the bathroom has been updated with a granite vanity and new fixtures.

A short walk to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. From having morning coffee on the porch and watching the waves roll in, to the short walk to the beach, and the close proximity to food and shopping, all made our stay great! Our family of four will definitely be back!

This condo is recently renovated and is very tastefully done and well laid out. Was perfect for my family of three with a loft bedroom and a nicely appointed kitchen. Very short walk to a lovely beach and situated roughly halfway between Seaside town center and Rosemary Beach, so lots of options for dining and activities. Would book again.

We loved staying at this condo. It was incredibly clean, well decorated/renovated and a great location with a beautiful ocean view. It was very convenient to simply walk to the beach! Just book the trip!

Our family of 4 spent 6 days here in June. Property grounds were immaculate, pool area-amazing, condo was clean, comfy and perfect for us! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for meals, the balcony was SO nice in the mornings drinking coffee. Our 3 and 5 year old boys rode their scooters to the beach which was less than a 5 min walk. Quiet at night. We can’t wait to come back! Great hosts and unforgettable vacation!

Great location and super helpful owner!

We really enjoyed the location of the property. It is just a short walk to the beach. The owners were very accessible and made the check in super easy. Condo has plenty of beach chairs which are a great bonus and one less thing to pack. Kitchen stocked with everything you might need. Pool is clean and nice. Entire property seems to be recently renovated. We will definitively stay here again!

Fantastic getaway with amazing ocean view

This property is perfect! We definitely want to return ASAP. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler provided to us made going to the beach so easy and convenient. We loved sitting on the deck at night and enjoying the ocean view. 10/10 experience!
