Gulf Front ~ 30A! Private Beach with chair service! Great Location! 

Everyone will fall in love with this breathtakingly renovated Gulf Front 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condominium.

This 2025 renovation was a complete overhaul, encompassing everything from the electrical outlets to brand-new appliances and a completely redesigned kitchen. This second-floor unit offers AMAZING panoramic views of the Gulf and private beach access.

BeachCrest 204 is perfectly located directly on the sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf in Seagrove Beach, FL which is between the charming town of Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A and is a short drive to Destin or Panama City Beach.

The sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf are accessible through the private boardwalk. Be on the beach within minutes of leaving your condo!

You don’t even need to carry beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Our beach service will conveniently set up two spacious lounge chairs and an umbrella for you right on the sand! (This service is available from March to October 31st.) The beach is conveniently located just outside your door, eliminating the need to cross streets or undertake long walks.

A beach service is also available to rent kayaks and paddle boards next to the beach access and bike rentals are available across the street.

Relax on the beach which is literally steps away, or spend the afternoon lounging by the large Gulf Front heated pool (Nov – May). There is also a grilling and picnic area. Other amenities include free wireless internet access, gated beach access, elevators, luggage carts, and off street parking.

Exceptional restaurants and shoppes are within walking distance including Cafe 30A, The Perfect Pig, Old Florida Fish House, and Surfing Deer, offering a variety of dining experiences just minutes away.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coffee and end the day with a cold beverage while watching the breathtaking sunsets from the newly added Polywood balcony furniture, including a dining set and two Adirondack chairs.

After a fun and exciting day at the beach, you can relax in the condo which features 3 smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and any other TV apps can be accessed). Cable is also included in the master bedroom and living room along with Free Hi Speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal of any size including a Keurig coffee maker.

The Gulf Front master king bedroom has a private balcony and an en-suite private bath with a marble walk in shower and a two-sink vanity.

The guest bedroom also has a king bed and is located next to the second full bathroom.

The Gulf Front living/dining room opens up to the kitchen and has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This condo has beautiful tile flooring throughout, a new washer and dryer and sleeps 6.

If you enjoy bike riding, running and/or walking this condo is located on the famed 30A which has a 19-mile asphalt running and biking path! Park your car and never have to use it during your entire stay! Located very close "within biking distance" is Grayton Beach State Park, many coastal dune lakes, and 100's of miles of biking paths through the state parks surrounding the area.

xcellent Beach Getaway in Seagrove Beach

I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property in Seagrove Beach, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone looking to enjoy sun and sand.The property was impeccably clean upon arrival, which made for a very welcoming start to our vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a big plus for our family as we enjoy preparing meals together.Overall, this property provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We definitely plan on returning for another stay!

Loved it!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The view was terrific. Access to the beach was excellent. Also, the complementary beach chairs and umbrella are an added bonus. Loved it and will probably book again next year! Highlt recommend.

Unit had a lot that needed attention.. Everything needs updated. It was very clean though. Beds were very comfortable. I would not stay here again.

Excellent location in Seagrove Beach!

This property is in an excellent location in Seagrove. It is truly just a short ride to Seaside. It is super close to a Publix grocery store and within walking distance to many places to eat. The condo looks very similar to the pictures on the listing. The balcony was even larger than we expected. We had an issue with the washing machine at the end of the week but it was addressed immediately by maintenance. The only negatives were the linens on the bed were not that soft and the kitchen needs a new toaster. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely stay at this location again!

It was disappointing that the beach access was closed for repair when we were there, unexpectedly, and the "3 smart tv" were not, and it took 2.5 weeks to get that sorted out. Bedroom/bath #2 are very small. The furniture is not very comfortable. The beds and linen were nice.The kitchen is very well equipped. I would have liked beach service. The pool is small but nice enough...hard to actually swim.

After Labor Day Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at BeachCrest 204 after Labor Day. It was a delightful time to visit. The condo however needs updating. The washer/dryer and freezer all had rust. The furniture had blue slipcovers not the way it was depicted in the pictures. We have rented many units in Beachcrest but won't do 204 again. We had to have maintenance come and replace a shade in the Master Bedroom. Additionally the ceiling fan light kept coming on randomly so we couldn't sleep in the Master.

Relaxing Vacation in the perfect condo

Lots of restaurants within walking/biking distance. Donut Shop was a yummy treat. We ate at Local Catch down about 10 min from the condo. Rental manager was pleasant and extremely attentive. We experienced a couple minor things in the condo that needed to be fixed and the manager got them fixed immediately. The TV in the living room doesn’t have streaming capability as noted in the detail description but does have cable. We used the free rental credit for bike rental and ordered the bikes online. When they were delivered a couple of the bikes were in rough shape; one had a flat tire and the chain was making a grinding noise. We took the bike to the Vacayzen shop down the road and they gave us a new bike which were in excellent condition.. I would rent the bikes in person at the shop instead of ordering online because you will get better bikes from the shop.

Perfect for our family!

My family of 4 and I decided to come for a week stay at this beautiful condo. We were very impressed with both the location and the condition of the condo. We have been to the 30A area before, but never stayed on the south side of the highway. We are so glad we did as this condo was right on the beach and had amazing views. We watched the sunset every night from our balcony with a glass of wine. My two teenage daughters loved the beach and the pool on the property. There were a lot of restaurants that we walked to nearby to the condo. We rode our bikes to the Seaside Circle which was about a 10 min bike ride. We walked across the street to a little Mexican restaurant and walked down the road to the Whiskey Bravo which was a great bar and restaurant that has roof top seating an amazing views. Cowgirl Kitchen was a great breakfast and lunch stop that is also within walking distance. Oh, and there is a donut shop within a 3 minute walk which my two girls also loved. Overall, our vacation was wonderful. The owner was helpful and the condo was clean and well kept. I would recommend this condo for a family vacation at the beach. My wife and I are planning to book this same unit for a weekend get away in the fall as we really enjoyed all the nice restaurants in the area and the fact that two beach chairs and an umbrella was included with the booking of the condo. Oh, one more thing - I would highly recommend the Goat Feathers Seafood market which is a 5 minute walk from the condo on the south side of 30A. The owner recommended the fresh steamed shrimp, so we got them and enjoyed them with some wine on our balcony one night. They were amazing! We hope this review helps. Thank you, Miles

Great condo unit, good location

The unit is very nice, as advertised and shown in the pictures. The view from the balcany is great as well. The building is a bit dated and the location is ok, a bit removed from restraunts and shops which may be a pro or con depending on your preference. It's a quick walk to the beach and chairs are provided. The pool was fine, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Parking was great, plenty of spaces. We would return and recommend it to others.

Great Birthday Staycation

We stayed here for a friend's little birthday staycation. Great location and the front desk was very helpful when checking in and out. The condo itself was very clean and cute and a wonderful view. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we love the area, this particular unit was in need of some repairs and updates. The bathroom door rubs the tile floor and makes it very hard to open or close. The toilets in this unit are very small and low to the ground. They seem like potty training size? The mattresses both seemed new, but super hard and very uncomfortable. The main bed frame was loose or broken and was not very stable. Lastly getting a good spot on the beach has become insane recently. You used to be able to head down around 8-9am and find a set of chairs and umbrella to claim for the day. During our week we saw huge camps setup way before the chairs and umbrellas were setup. People had to have shown up at 6am to stake their claims on the beach, which relegated us to a second row setup daily. These camps were so tightly packed you had to walk a long way around them to actually get to the water. Neighboring properties ban these types of tents and canopies.

Reviewer Comments: The walk to the beach is probably one of the easiest I’ve experienced after staying on 30A for several years. Condo building is old but seems to be maintained. The condo was clean and maintained as well. Having easy access to chairs on the beach was a huge plus and it was never crowded down there. The condo did not appear to be professionally decorated. The couch and chair had 2 sets of covers on them. My biggest complaint are the fans in the bedrooms. The fans and lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night and wake us up... not sure why but it was crazy. Overall, it was good place, would stay there again and Benchmark provided good service.

The unit was clean and well equipped.(Ice maker was empty when we arrived but it did make ice by the next morning) The view is beautiful! We were how ever disappointed in the check in process. We arrived two hours early and even though the unit was ready we were unable to check in unless we paid a 65.00 fee. I would have been happy to pay that if we were able to check in in the morning but for the sake of two hours I thought that was unnecessary. Everything else was wonderful.
