Grayton Place 4 -

Located in the heart of Grayton, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome sleeps 6 guests, with 2 queen bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This recently redecorated beach property is a real value for your family vacation, easy walking/biking distance to the renowned Red Bar restaurant, as well as other local dining/shopping amenities nearby. Approximately 100 yards to the beach, and 40 yards to Western Lake public dock, Grayton Place #4 is a great vacation spot that guests will enjoy returning to again and again. Parking is available for 2 cars.

First Floor: Covered Parking, Laundry.

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom with Screened Porch Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom.

Third Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower.

Prime Location

Awesome older townhouse right next to Red Bar. Easy walk to beach or Western Lake dock to fish. Nice walk to Crackings for breakfast. Management was great, didn’t need them, but we extended a day and it was easy. Two things worth mentioning: the beds are very soft, and folks can park on the beach. Your chairs will be next to some dudes truck. I didn’t know that and have stayed on 30A many times- (this was our 4th trip this summer) - definitely Daytona vibes on the beach. If that’s cool with you, highly recommend this town and this unit.

Location was perfect!

We loved our time at Grayton Place 4! Home was clean, ocean reef was prompt with anything we needed, and the location was amazing! We came with our children and put them in the guest room, our only complaint would be to put blinds on that window to darken it more. It only had curtains so it was bright in there which doesn’t always work well with littles. Other than that we loved the home and will definitely be back to stay there!
