This condo is the perfect location in Watercolor with easy access to the beach club and Seaside. Nathan the owner was very helpful with any issues we had come up during our stay. Would stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The perfect location - so close to the Watercolor Beach Resort, beach access, food, and shopping. A very short walk down to Seaside. Beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfy! Immediately felt like home to us. Easy check in & out process. The host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!!

Exceptionally clean, wonderful location and easy communication with the management company for anything you should need. We would definitely stay again. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, beach club and several shops. We also biked a lot which the kids and adults all enjoyed (note the property comes with 2 bikes, not 4 as listed but we just walked to the bike barn down the street for additional ones). Highly recommend Scratch, the breakfast spot just down the block!
