Located just off 30A, Dune Breeze 33b has gorgeous views of the rare coastal dune lake as well as views of the Gulf.  This three story 2400 sq ft. townhome has four bedrooms and four bathrooms providing plenty of space. Wide covered balconies with ceiling fans extend across the upper stories the length of the townhome.

The living area is on the second floor and has a couch and two occasional chairs with ottomans that face a flat screen TV.   French doors lead onto the roomy balcony.    A dining table with seating for 6 is located between the kitchen and the spacious living room. The recently remodeled kitchen has  all new slate appliances and beautiful granite counter tops and backsplash.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meal for the family.

The large Master Suite is located on the third floor has a king sized bed.   A Smart TV sits directly across the room above some built in drawers. Double doors lead out onto the third floor covered balcony. The second bedroom is also on the third floor and has a king bed.  There is a Smart TV in this bedroom.   You will find the third bedroom on the second floor and it has a queen bed and a private bathroom.    The fourth bedroom is on the first floor has a king bed and Smart TV.   This room also has a fully function kitchenette which is a great area to prep meals for the Weber grill on the back deck.   There is also a bathroom in this first floor suite.   This neighborhood of Dune Breeze Villas has a nice community pool as well as a dock that overlooks the lake. You may want to try to catch some fish. In the distance you can see the dune that separates this lake from the glistening gulf. This Dune Allen Beach location is just off Scenic 30A and all the delightful picture perfect towns along South Walton’s coast are just a short distance away. Each has galleries, restaurants, lively bars, interesting boutiques, fun seasonal festivals and musical concerts.
