There is no shortage of things to do around here! In addition, the white-sand beach beckons from just 200 feet away via a short boardwalk. Complimentary beach setup and 2 bikes March through October.



This home away from home comes primed for carefree coastal living with soaring ceilings and shiplap walls. The private balcony with amazing views of the beach and the Gulf is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee with a side of fresh sea air. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals or you can dine out at any of the fantastic restaurants nearby. The vistas continue into the open living area with its plush seating and smart TV - ready to welcome casual downtime after days of sun and fun. A laundry closet with a washer/dryer means you can pack light and leave more space for souvenirs.



The primary bedroom features a gorgeous en suite bathroom with a spacious shower and a full size tub. A custom-fit barn door leads to the bunk room, guest bedroom, and additional full bathroom with veined quartz countertops.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking

This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements.

The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.

A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.



You should expect noise, dust, and contractor activity between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
