The first floor includes two king primary suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, along with a secondary living room offering plenty of space to relax. Step outside onto the spacious beachfront deck, where you’ll find lighted dining for eight, a comfortable lounge area, and a gas grill—the ideal setting for sunset dinners or evening cocktails by the sea.
Ascend the custom rift-sawn white oak staircase with glass railings to the second floor, where expansive living spaces and breathtaking views await. This floor features a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, open-concept living, and a dining area—all seamlessly connected to the Gulf beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, ice machine, Wolf oven and range, Bosch dishwasher, Kohler sink, Blanco faucet, and floor-to-ceiling wenge-finish cabinetry.
