"Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. You cannot really walk anywhere from the house because there is no sidewalk and the road is pretty busy. "We had very bad luck with the weather (May) and arrived with rain at the house. Luckily, Stefano welcomed us very kindly at a late hour and even bought us some basic food for the night. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung wäre schön, da man sich schon sicher sein möchte, wenn man die steile Auffahrt hoch fährt, dass man dort richtig ist. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sauber, allerdings wären ein paar neue Stühle für innen und außen angebracht, da sie entweder fast auseinander brechen, oder verrostet sind. "2 weeks spent in a fabulous villa with great pool in a peaceful rural location- just what we needed. Shops, restaurants, beaches all near by to visit and explore. Nino looked after us and showed us around the Villa and introduced us to some traditional local cuisine. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again in the future.Martin and Mary are Great hosts. "

"Non si può concepire che qualcuno proponga come ricettiva un'abitazione del genere , era sporca , piena di formiche , divani sfarinati , in bagno non c'era né l'antenna della doccia né posto per appendere asciugamani né portaspazzolino , n TV ,no wi di ed un condizionatore piccolo per tutta la casa e nemmeno ben funzionante.
