"very nice hotel! room was pretty and bathroom was soo nice. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Couldnt get the outdoor fireplace to work and came to help right away, asked about public transit- very knowledgeable , and had towels at the front desk to use for the beach! would stay again :)"

"Stayed at the LAX Holiday Inn 10/17/26-10/19/2026. Very clean, helpful staff, comfy beds, and the shuttle to and from the airport was very cost effective and saved time! Yes, you could stay at more fancier hotels, but this was a good mix of quality and comfort at a decent price. Another bonus is having a McDonalds 100ft away and two gas stations in walking distance. Other notable items: VIP Shuttle service to the Rams game, nice/long lobby, good restaurant in the lobby and the area was pretty safe (busy area due to being next to the airport. Not necessarily unsafe for family, but not very kid friendly outside of the hotel. Overall great experience and recommend staying here!"

"While the hotel was beautiful I was sorely disappointed in the amenities. The pool did not have traditional steps to enter and made it impossible for me to use it. Also, the food was not good at all. Nothing we ate for the two days was good. The Starbucks coffee was horrible. Now the staff were extremely kind and in my opinion made up for the lack of amenities and terrible food."
