During your stay, you will have full and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, as well as the amenities of the building. This includes the master bedroom, the living room with the option to convert into a second bedroom, the bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and the living area. In addition, you can freely enjoy the shared facilities of the building, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and games room.

Other things to keep in mind
**Payment of handle:** Each adult and child from the age of 7 must pay a handle for a value of $15,000 upon arrival at the building. This payment will be made by bank transfer or pre-agreed payment method.
