"Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them. The property is doing construction on several parts and we were never informed before booking it. There is a lot of improvement to be done overall!"

We felt very comfortable leaving belongings in the chairs while in the water. Very good food in all the restaurants we tried. This has been one of the best resorts we visited in the Caribbean. "
