"We were 9 and had a great week at this villa. The pool area and pool house is where we hung out most of the time. Close to many beaches and Tropea. I would recommend for a large group that wants to relax and enjoy the Calabria weather by the pool. The communication with Francesca and Mimmo was great, very responsive when we called."

"The property was not what had shown to be , very small for a group of 15 people and the bedroom and bathroom in some of the rooms you can hardly fit in the showers , very small indeed, the swimming pool was amazing they all enjoyed themselves in pool, the view was beautiful some days and some days you couldn’t see anything because of the smog , the whole house was too small altogether"

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through.
