"We picked this hotel because it said it had twin beds… we did not get twin beds. Not acceptable! We would never stay again as it has a very steep driveway that taxis can not access. Getting our luggage up and down many steps and the driveway was too much. There was no information about that stuff in the ad. Breakfast was lovely. Taxis from train station(4 minute drive) were 25€ ! "

"The Sant'Andrea was perfect for our stay in Santa Margherita. Our room (Miriam) was beautiful, clean and very well appointed. The staff was great and had many suggestions that helped us make the best use of our time in the area. The breakfast items we tried were all excellent and the menu had many options that we didn't try but certainly sounded tasty. In planning our trip to Italy we wanted to visit the Italian Riviera area and decided that Santa Margherita would be a good location giving us access to the places we wanted to visit by train or ferry. We'd highly recommend the Sant'Andrea."
