SON MORRO - Villa with private pool in SANTA MARGALIDA.

Located in the northern center of Mallorca, in Santa Margalida, this country house not far away from the beach invites 4 guests for a lovely vacation.
One-storeyed summer house surrounded by trees has incredible views to the countryside. On the furnished porch you can enjoy a delicious BBQ or a cup of coffee in the afternoon. The exteriors feature a private, 8m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m to 1.7m. On the roof you will find a terrace with open views where you can sunbathe on 4 sunbeds. On a clear day you can even see the Alcudia Bay! A fenced plot does not have any direct neighbours.

The porch lead you to an air-conditioned living-dining room with a satellite TV. An American kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate and dishwasher has all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. There are also a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.

Bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, AC and wardrobe each. There is a bathroom with shower. If you travel with a baby, we will provide you with a cot and a high chair upon request.

The house is surrounded by almond trees and is situated only 5km from the beach of Can Picafort. This wide beach is perfect not only for families with children, but also for aquatic sports lovers. In Can Picafort you find supermarkets, bars and restaurants and other amenities necessary for your stay. Mallorca offers not only a beach, but other places like S’Albufera Natural Park, the Campanet Caves and the Formentor Lighthouse are worth being seen.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
