Welcome to this fantastic two-storey house located only 350 metres away from the beach in Can Picafort and perfect for 9 people to spend their summer vacation.
A magnificent terrace awaits you at the front of this coastal urbanisation house, where you can enjoy a good coffee, orange juice or a delicious bowl of cereal before setting off for your day at the beach. When you return, you can enjoy a tasty meal under the umbrella or an alfresco dinner in the gentle sea breeze.

Inside, you will find a large living-dining room, traditional in style but very comfortable, with two comfortable sofas for watching satellite TV or chatting together. Please note that the fireplace is decorative. Then there is a large kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, long worktops and a table and chairs if you find it more convenient to eat here. Behind the kitchen door is the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and the stairs to the upper floor. To rest, there are five bedrooms, four of them with wardrobes. Downstairs there are two of them with two single beds and a fan, as well as a bathroom with bathtub that serves the floor. Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a second living room with air conditioning.

The surroundings are very familiar as the area of Can Picafort is characterised for being a quiet but very lively place due to its great variety of shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours by the sea and its long promenade next to the beach, which is only 350 m away. Its kilometres of fine sand and calm, crystal-clear waters invite you to take a dip and enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and jet skiing. And if you like golf, the nearest golf course is only 14 km away, the Alcanada golf club.
