Todo 10/10, quiero destacar de manera especial que el día de nuestra entrada al hotel, Santiago nos recibió en la recepción, llegamos más tarde de lo que esperábamos, eran casi las 12:00 de la noche y él mismo nos subió a la habitación un cena fría que nos salvó la noche, por su atención le doy un 10/10!!! Al día siguiente Mari en el restaurant nos ayudó con una necesidad especial que tuvimos, para ella también un 10/10!!!!

Staff was excellent and helpful, the manager was extremely accommodating with our stay and explaining things to us. The bar tender manager Jesus was exceptionally helpful along with his staff. Food was excellent and fresh daily. The beach access is superb and beautiful views and pool. We will definitely come to this place again for our group family vacation’s. We the MATA’s appreciate each and everyone at the Grupotel Picafort. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

Good location on a busy stretch of beach. Highly suggest booking an apartment size room the standard rooms were so small I had to get out of the shower to use the soap because I couldn't turn inside of it and im 5'10 195 lbs. Very short dining hours and there are several extra charges for anything above basic food or drink. Very average overall would not recommend but it seems Grupotel owns everything on the island so you're kind of stuck picking from average overall hotels. If you can afford the higher end it is worth it.

Fantastic Beach views right there on the beach and ocean. Had an amazing rooftop terrace couch to stargaze and hear the music from the neighborhood. Friendly staff great overall place recommend right in the heart of town

From start to finish, there were many issues. We arrived around 4:30pm. Check in was 3pm. Check in was a huge process but I won’t get into much of that because what’s the point? We just wanted to get our suits on, grab a quick bite and get to that beautiful beach. Lobby stunk like sewerage. We got to our room. It was decent. Appeared clean. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. We went to the restaurant where they had a buffet style spread. We were in our cover-ups over our bathing suits. Others were in bikini tops, shorts or much more revealing mini dresses. An employee walked over to us and told us we needed to leave and change into formal wear for the buffet dinner. We were so confused since the man at the front desk checking us in said casual dining when we specifically asked about going to change into our bathing suits and grabbing food afterwards. To say that this restaurant was “formal” is reaching. It’s a cafeteria. Basic tables and chairs. No table cloths. Paper napkins. Dollar store cutlery. And the food?? Terrible. We only liked the croissants and plain pasta when we actually decided to eat there. Everyone we came across was rude. And the pool was closed for the first two days due to a child “pooping” in the pool. Not the hotels fault but STILL! Why? That was the icing on the cake. Our first day was very telling of the way our week would be! Very disappointed. Expensive for no frills. A terrible experience all around.

La réception a mis près d’une heure à identifier notre réservation. Pas un verre d’eau proposé pendant ce temps d’attente. Lits très petits. Prix élevé pour la prestation (plus de 170€ par nuit).

Wonderful hotel very clean but doesn't cater for english,99%germans.building work next door they work from7am until 8pm banging drilling all day,you didnt tell us when we booked.dont need that for a holiday.most hotel staff excellent,language barrier could have been better especially the reception staff only one spoke really good English.some Germans were really nice but majority very rude .hotel in great location right by beach,but sorry wouldn't go back.

Not for us

This Hotel was not according to expectations. - Food. Poor quality and boring - Rooms. On our arrival a lot of ants. Bad isolation and beds horrible.No one in the family slept well during the week we spent there - Beach towels can only be changed twice per week - Pool area. Not clean and sun beds and parasols of bad quality. Pool is very small. - No gym. However they never claimed to have one - Spa. Entering the spa was like going to a sauna. We did not use it once - Beach is beautiful but there is a lot of waves - Personnel in the bar and cantina are working extremely hard and are trying to do their best at all time Overall I would not recommend this hotel if you like to be well rested and if you like more quality food. We will not be back.

Gut ausgestattetes und sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Essensauswahl (Frühstück) sehr umfangreich, guter Standard. Hotelpersonal freundlich und angenehm. Einziger "Kritikpunkt": der Safe im Zimmer kostet 15 Euro pro Woche, was aus meiner Sicht nicht mehr zeitgemäss ist und im Preis inkludiert sein müsste.

Magnifique séjour

Séjour de rêve. Hôtel idéalement placé Collé à la mer avec une vue sur la piscine et de la mer.chambre propre et bien équipé. Pas besoin de parking on peut se garer facilement devant ou dans la rue.le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Continental et aussi option sans gluten. Personnel a l écoute.
