"unfortunately to me, last Sunday 7/12 i did not find anybody in the place i was supposed to stay. Actually people on the site told me the address you indicated me does not exist at all.Of course according to your indication, previously to my arrival i contacted to host more than once, but received no answer (please find attached screenshot).Then on the moment i understood i got ripped off i could only look for another place to stay, so as to save my vacation anyway.Now that i returned home i ask you to please provide full refund of the non-existing reservation i paid for in advance."
