We arrived with two young children on an intense heat wave day to check in for a confirmed, family room booked through Expedia. At check-in we were told the air conditioning in our room was broken. They made no attempt to inform us in advance of the issue or rebook us into a different room. "Excellent breakfast and very nice country style Tuscany hotel. Friendly staff. All excellent for quality / price ratio. Nice garden and quality restaurant on site.
The only thing I have to underline is the gym, was on the web advertised, but was not open."

"It was nice. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."
