"J’avais réservé cet hôtel principalement parce qu’il y avait une piscine. En plein été, avec les fortes chaleurs, c’était un critère essentiel pour moi. En arrivant, on nous annonce que la piscine est fermée, soi-disant parce que son entretien coûte trop cher. Dans ce cas, il ne faudrait pas l’afficher comme un service disponible lors de la réservation. C’est vraiment décevant et trompeur. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us. The room was fantastic, clean with lots of space and plenty of amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was incredible as well. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely stay here again!...
