"Concierge and reception staff were very good. Hotel is in a lousy location and has no beach or water access, yet the view is impaired by a jetty and a commercial marina. Food was mostly unimaginative and mediocre. Overall it was not a good value at all."

"Breakfast was very good with nice choices , room was reliably clean. Air conditioner did not work well and reception staff had to reset the system more than once . I think hotel has to take further action to fix this problem considering the hotel cost and location . Considering the hot weather, it was difficult at certain moments."

"The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views."
