In Santa Eulalia del Río the holiday home Can Joan Vich II is located on a 16.000 m² property with a fantastic outdoor area. The barrier-free ranch has a comfortable living room with additional space for one person to sleep, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The charming accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a beautiful 40 m² private pool that provides cool refreshment on hot summer days. The large, covered terrace, which is equipped with comfortable wicker furniture and a dining table, invites you to have meals together by its great columns. You will also find a barbecue area, sun loungers and a sun terrace as well as a beautifully-landscaped garden. You will reach a supermarket and a restaurant after one kilometre and the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Llonga after 7.5 km or a 12-minute drive.



Parking is available on the property. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. A small welcome package with drinks and snacks awaits you at check-in. During your stay the gardens and swimming pool will be maintained and the towels changed. Parties, loud music and groups of young guests under 28 years old are not allowed. The property has an alarm system on the perimeter of the property and inside of the property. This can be activated by the guest.

Bellissima villa perfetta per 6 persone La host Ana gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Posizione bella e tranquilla ideale per giornate di totale relax anche senza uscire godendosi la bella piscina ideale anche per i bambini che ne hanno una dedicata separata . What an Amazing stay!!

What can i say other than amazing. From the setting, with the views of the sunset, to swimming in the pool before breakfast. The villa was amazing, ibiza was amazing and Ana the host went above and beyond. She was so friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be back. Ibiza we had a blast thank you for the memories

Amazing villa with great outdoor space

We stayed 8 days in total in this amazing villa, very well situated just 10 minutes drive to Santa Eulària, and around 20 minutes to Ibiza town. Taxis will come to the property if you need them, and usually arriving very quick. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and since we were 6 people, we all have enough privacy. One of the bathrooms is equipped for people with mobility accessibility needs. The kitchen is the first room next to the outdoor area, and that was very convenient. It has everything we need; coffee maker (with filters), toaster, and a big fridge. The pool is big enough and they had 6 sunbeds and beach towels for us to use. Our host Ana was always very helpful and always available to help us out if we needed something. Thank you Ana!
