The house consists of 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, spread over two levels. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with television, a large, fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside and a laundry room. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a TV, and a third bedroom with a single bed. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, a television and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. On the first floor there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with views of the hills.

Outside, the property has a stunning garden with olive and fruit trees, a covered veranda with outdoor dining area, a gas barbecue, a large saltwater pool and a table tennis table for entertainment.

The villa is equipped with an alarm system, a safe, Wi-Fi, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and air conditioning throughout the house to ensure a comfortable stay. The price includes towel change during the week and full cleaning every 7 days, with fresh bed linen and towels provided.
