La pisicine partagée est grande, très belle et bien entretenue. 「Pros: Huset havde alt det vi havde brug for. + med aircondition i alle rum. Moderniseret og lyst indvendigt og lækkert udendørs område, hvor vi tilbragte meget af tiden. Værten var meget flink og var god til at spørge, om alt var okay. Cons: Porten ud til vejen kunne med fordel udskiftes til en automatisk.」

「Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war. Das ist aus gesundheitlicher Sicht äußerst bedenklich. Das Schlafzimmer hatte kein Klimagerät, was im April...

「Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. 」
